Bird Dog Construction can assist you with the design of your project. We partner with Interior Designers, Architects and Engineers and can recommend these professionals to design and create construction documents ready to submit for building permits. We work closely with these professionals and give our input on constructability and value engineering to keep your project within budget. If you are on a budget and would rather not hire an Interior Designer, we can help design any interior space. With our design software from Houzz we are able to create layout drawings and give you various options to choose from.

Using Apple's innovative Room Plan API with LiDAR technology and Houzz Pro's immersive 3D Floor Planner we are able to create accurate floor plans. We can visually show you what your new design will look like against the backdrop of your existing space. When producing the layout drawings we can add furniture, flooring, millwork, and even gym equipment and give you a virtual 3D "Bird Dog View" to help you visualize the space. We can produce construction drawings suitable for building permit review, saving you thousands of dollars in Architectural fees.

About Bathroom Renovation

Why not have the bathroom you always wanted? We can completely gut and renovate your bath or reconfigure it into a larger space.

Floors by Remo & Company's studio and team of interior designers can show you all available tile and flooring material from a wide range of manufacturer's in one location. This saves you time and money driving all over town. They provide a design folio complete with your selected products along with full layout drawings to assist with visualizing your project. They are happy to order samples sent to your home. These additional services are provided at no additional cost when you purchase material from them.

• Not sure what plumbing fixtures you want or are available. Tony Capra’s Bath House has all of the most popular fixtures on display from faucets, sinks, shower valves, and free standing tubs.
• Floor by Remo’s design studio and team of interior designers can show you all available tile and flooring material in one location. They will provide full design and layout drawings to verify your selection.
• We work with the finest subcontractors in the area, and together we can create a functional and beautiful bathroom that you will enjoy for years.

About Kitchen Renovation

Tired of your old kitchen? We can work with you to design the kitchen of your dreams.

What's part of the service?

• If you are not sure where to start, we can provide an interior designer to help with everything from layout, cabinet selection, counter tops, flooring, paint colors, plumbing fixtures, lighting and appliances.
• We can provide In-house interior design assistance. If you have not decided on a layout and are looking to hire an interior designer call us first. With our design software from Houzz we are able to create layout drawings and give you various options to choose from. We can add furniture, flooring, millwork, and even gym equipment and give you a virtual 3D "Bird Dog View" to help you visualize the space.
• We have relationships with design studios to assist selection of all materials for the project and we handle all procurement and delivery to your home.
• We understand that you are living in the home while we are under construction. We do everything in our power to minimize the impact. We will provide dust control and clean up on a daily basis to keep down dust. We will provide floor protection if we need to bring anything through the living space and will coordinate with you.
• Our team of expert trade partners will execute the work to perfection and we are not finished until you are satisfied.
